All items are shipped F.O.B. Shipping Point - either our warehouse, the manufacturer, or the supplier.
Free Local Delivery:
Local customers can benefit from our free delivery service, up to two times daily.
Prices in our catalog were in effect at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct inadvertent pricing errors in both quoting and billing.
Before returning items, please call us so we can issue a Return Authorization Number. All merchandise must be shipped prepaid with a copy of the invoice or packing slip, and is subject to a 15% restocking fee unless it was due to a Bass Tool error. Merchandise returned because of possible defect is subject to inspection by the manufacturer. The following items cannot be returned: Modified, custom-made, items ordered in error and not received back within 30 days, and used items which are not defective.
At our vendors' request - Precision measuring instruments must be returned in the original packaging with no markings on the tool, case, or packaging.
Damaged or Lost Merchandise:
UPS and FedEx Advise us immediately so we can reship the item and file a claim. Keep damaged goods and containers for inspection.

Motor Freight Have the damage or shortage noted by the carrier before accepting the merchandise. Notify the carrier and us at the same time. Keep damaged goods and containers for inspection by the freight company.

Bass Delivery Notify us within 24 hours to report any discrepencies with your order.
